Learn to protect yourself and your loved ones in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere.

In class we talk about your risk factors of being a victim of a crime.  We cover the four stages of an assault and how to avoid becoming a target.

We teach you how to improve your awareness skills, how to set effective boundaries, and how to use strong verbal skills to de-escalate a dangerous situation.

We give you information on how to spot the signs of a dangerous relationship. 

You will learn easy techniques that anyone can use effectively.

Only Private Sessions are being booked at this time.  Cost: $15 per session.
